Orders are processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days of payment confirmation.

Customs & Import Duties

Returns & Refunds

Return Policy

We accept returns of unopened, unused products within 7 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@hanacha.store with your order number and reason for return.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of damaged or incorrectly shipped items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened tea products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless the item is defective.
